In additions to the terms defined throughout this policy, the following terms shall have their respective definitions:

We do not collect any Personal Information unless voluntarily provided by you via the Site by way of submitting an inquiry, contact us via the Site, submitting request to join the CSA mailing list for periodical updates or otherwise provided your Personal Information by making any communication withus. Such Personal Information may include your name, the company on which behalf you operate, your email address or any other information you choose to share when you contact us. Collection of such information is made for the purpose of addressing your inquiries, processing requests and/or feedbackyou may post, contact and interact with you upon any ad-hoc or other needs of CSA as required from time to time and for the purposes of managing internal lists and statistics, including the CSA (and respective events’) mailing list, providing updates, invitations, publications, record tracking, extracting trends, conclusions or any other information that may help CSA in its operation
2.2. Some Anonymous Information may be collected for purposes of statistics and analytics of the Site’s views, accesses and level of engagement. This type of information is collected and aggregately used by us to improve the Site and the content provided therein.
4. Sharing information with third parties
We may share your information with third parties for the following purposes:
(a) with third partyorganizers of events that are connected or related to the CSA activities or events.
(b) with other CSA members or CSA events participants, upon specific consent.
(c) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request.
(e) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
(f) to respond to claims that any content available on the Site violates the rights of third-parties.
(g) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment.
(h) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of CSA, or the general public.
(i) when and/or if CSA is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets
(j) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure;

The Site utilizes and embeds 3rd party services and features through which the Site operates and/or provides an engagement features (“Third Party Services”). Such Third-Party Services may collect information about you according to their privacy policies. We highly recommend you to carefully read and accept their privacy policies before submitting your Personal Information via the Site.

6. Deletion of Personal Information
If for any reason you wish us to delete your Personal Information stored with us and, please send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make reasonable efforts to address your request at a reasonable time and delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
7.1. To access and/or use the Site, you must be over the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) and do not wish to do so. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard access to and engagement with the Site, we cannot be responsible for the act of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that will prevent such access.
We use third party services and tool to store the information we may collect when you interact with the Site. Such tools promise high level of security measures implemented to safeguard any data stored through their services.
However, we do not and cannot guarantee that these tools are 100% secured and that any unauthorized access can be prevented at all times.
